What's included in our theme support?

• Answering questions about built-in theme features

• Guidance on theme settings and configuration

• Fixing bugs in a fresh, unmodified copy of the theme

• Clarifying documented capabilities of Presidio Creative products

What's not included in our theme support?

Custom code, App conflicts, Shopify's Checkout page, and Shopify-admin issues fall outside our scope; for those, we’ll point you to Shopify Support or a trusted Shopify Expert.

How to submit a support request

If our support documentation doesn't answer your question or you're experiencing a technical issue, please submit a request using our support form.

We reply in the order received—within 48 hours, Monday–Friday (holidays excluded).

What to include:

• Theme version – How to find it

• Store URL – your-store.myshopify.com

• Collaborator code – we can’t access your Admin without it

• Preview link for unpublished themes – How to share a Preview link

Shopify platform & Checkout	Shopify Support — 24/7	Product setup, store settings, payments, checkout issues. Checkout is a Shopify system and isn’t controlled by the theme.
3rd-Party Apps & integrations	Contact the app’s support team	Shopify requires app developers to keep their apps compatible with Theme Store themes. Reach out to the developer for installation, functionality, or conflict issues.
Custom code or theme modifications	Shopify Experts Directory or Get matched by us	Hire a vetted expert for Liquid changes, new features, performance tuning, or full redesigns. Presidio Creative doesn’t offer custom-coding services.
