Promote product bundles in the Cart drawer with automatic discounts

Introduced in Broadcast version 7.1

Adding this cart drawer block will display 'Bundle and save' promotions in the cart:

Setting	Type	Description
Bundle title	text	Customize the title before the promotion
Show bundle products automatically when cart drawer is open	checkbox	Toggle displaying promotions
