Toolbar

Adds a thin toolbar above the header with optional text, menu, social icons, and selectors.

Text: Custom HTML/Rich text content.
Menu: A simple link list (no dropdowns).
Border: Optional separator line with color and opacity controls.
Social icons: Toggle on/off.
Gift card link: Option to show a 'Gift card' link.
Language and Country selectors: Independent controls, similar to main header settings.
Color scheme: Choose one of your store’s predefined color schemes.
Padding: Adjust vertical spacing for alignment.
