# Featured posts

Broadcast highlights your key blog post articles at the top of the blog index page with Featured posts:

### How to add featured posts

1. Click on the expand icon (triangle left of **Featured posts**) to open the content blocks
2. Choose **Add Featured post**
3. **Select** the article and use the options to customize the image and subheading

When multiple Featured posts are added, the slideshow control arrows are displayed.

> TIP - Use the Position controls to help adjust the position of your image. Alternatively, you can choose a different image for the Featured post.

### Section settings

Click on Featured posts to modify section settings:

* Show author
* Show date
* Show a 'Read more' button
