Broadcast is likely the most feature-rich theme ever developed for Shopify. We hope you didn’t notice. It is designed to be easy to set up and run for the first time and has extensive features you can utilize as your needs become more complex.
These documents are created to guide you on that journey. We strive to develop themes that seldom require documentation, but e-commerce is intricate, and some elements need explanation. In some cases, these documents express strong viewpoints. The authors of Broadcast have been involved in e-commerce for over a decade, creating Shopify themes, launching startups, and building large, complex sites for international brands. We have insights on best practices informed by this experience, which we’ve integrated into Broadcast.
Our goal is to help you avoid pitfalls and create a sustainable site for the long term. Generally, we don't document the obvious. If you find documentation here, it’s likely worth your time to read — even if you're an expert. From all of us at Invisible, we hope you love it as much as we do.

Broadcast has grown with Shopify over the years. We are currently on the sixth generation of the theme. To change the version, click the version toggle at the top of the page next to the logo.
